R0034 - Undo for WO operation completions and WO receipts

Date: 18 Apr 2001, version due: 9.0000, rating: 20, platforms: All

R0042 - Keyword Result Extended functionality

Date: 23 Aug 2001, version due: 9.0000, rating: 10, platforms: All

Description: Having been using Vision for about a week and finding it incredibly usefull to be able to drag and drop out of the scratch pads into BOMs,orders. etc. It would be fantastic if you could treat the Keyword Result list as a kind of scratch pad. Why not make it possible to bring up the last result again with an icon or a function key? More importantly allow drag and drop from it so that you could take multiple items from it. I'm thinking that if you were say making an order for resistors it would be great to be able to leave it open and drag multiple resistors into an order. Another thing has always bothered me - why have multiple entries for the same part number.? What does this give you? It just makes it confusing when picking a part and makes the list 4 times longer than it need be. I realise that this would be quite a shift at this stage but it would perhaps be a nice option to enable if required. ALSO: From C-tec comes a request (10/Jul/2005) for custom columns on the keyword listing window.

R0047 - PO Return Note - separate for each return

Date: 15 Aug 2001, version due: 9.0000, rating: 5, platforms: All

Description: We would like to have a system where a separate return note is generated for each return - we have call-off orders that last a long time, and the current return note only shows the total returned so far. {Original customer reference: R0042} Get Arround: Use the return comments field to indicate the amount being returned on this return (in Bold?), and modify the return note design so that the field currently labelled "Return Quantity" is re-labelled "Total quantity returned to date" (or remove it completely).

R0205 - Part current issue revision tracking

Date: 5 Nov 2004, version due: 9.0000, rating: 10, platforms: All

Description: We need to record when the Current Issue for a part is changed and by whom. We had an instance where this was changed but the old drawing was used for manufacture. We tried to find out who changed the revision on the program and when, but there is no record of this. The parts had to be scrapped and remade. This could actually be construed as a requirement of ISO 9000 record keeping.
