Doing the Pools

Antigua was a British colony but physically it is far closer to the U.S. It is, perhaps becoming cultrally closer to the U.S. too.

But in the back streets of St Johns you can still find some people filling out their pools coupons (betting on the outcome of British football) with almost religious intensity.
